ARCHI REVITALIZATIONS

Revitalizing historic neighborhoods in the waterfront cities. The old neighbourhoods in the historic city centers of ancient towns have over the past decades produced the immigration of young middle class intellectuals and foreign tourists. The transformation of the city center areas through the preservation of historical neighborhoods in the waterfront areas has shifted one of the most degradeted places of the second half of last century into new revitalized cosmopolitan areas through the process of urban regeneration gentrification. Renovation or reconstruction of the building of a house, apartment or other building of historical neighborhoods in the waterfront areas . Adaptation is the implementation of both renovation and cosmetic interventions in the space, which does not interfere with the construction of the building and does not change the size, capacity and installation of the external appearance of the building. Archi Wander purpose in accepting the renovation of the building is the overall improvement of the building in the space, helping to improve the well-being, appearance, efficiency of the building and the lives of users in general.

NEW BUILDING DESIGN

ArchiWander will offer integrated architectural planning and project management: obtaining documentation, building permit, all phases of planning and implementation and control. Construction Documents DGD*: Introductory meeting to know the wishes of the client, verification of project conditions with the publicly accessible OPPN - Municipal Detailed Spatial Plan and check the Location information, prepare conceptual design and visualizations, in the second phase prepare DGD documentation to to obtain a Building Permit Executive project PZI*: prepare the tehnical documentation with the execution plans, prepare an Inventory of Construction and Craft Works and at the final sphase do the construction site management and carry it out to the final details.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Archi Design provides graphic design and visual communication services to the established Archi Wander programme. Some of the services offered are corporate identity, marquees, logos, branding, and packaging. The pricing of the projects are typically estimated as a project-based cost. The project cost will be estimated by the approximate number of hours needed to complete the project. The majority of services will be provided at The Archi Wander’s office space.

ARCHI WORKSHOPS

Organizing international architectural and design workshops, connecting participants from Slovenia, Portugal, Spain, Turkey creating mixed groups, and further on bringing together architects and designers European Union and the United States. The workshops will cover embassy papers, accomodation, meals and transportation for the common weekend period during the year or a week in summer time. In case of future limitation the during studio work can switch to the long-distance collaboration through online communication.

ARCHI SIESTA TALK

Connect with other architectural offices around the world for Arch Siesta Project for a future common lunches connecting local architects and architectural tourists. Provide online ArchiTalk interviews with local architects to share their knowledge and passions further.

SHELTER IN EXTREME ENVIROMENT

Fan is a type of bivouac, which can with its own shape, folding and modularity, adapt to any terrain, regardless of its slope. The concept is based on sphere divided into segments of 30°. The main structural element of the lightweight aluminum frames, which in principal fan fold, thus allowing air transport by helicopter unit in one piece. Due to modularity, the segments can be previously added or removed, depending on the requirements of the location. The main horizontal platform could be fixed to any one of it. The central part of the main platform is opened, thereby establishing a passage between the upper and lower units. Crossing is made easier with the addition of crosses in their own "wall" plates are also mounted folding shelves, one above and one below the main platform to serve as an additional bed for two persons.

THE PATH AND THE PLATFORMS

  The coast path from Piran to Fiesa is designed as apath which invites you to the new space and createsnew urban connection with nature using extended platforms. We created the system of the paths with different possibilities and experiences of movement by introducing basic architectural elements. These allow a variety of experiences such as walking along thewall, following the connections in the ground texture, getting refreshed and relaxing in the shadow underthe roof. The complex functions of the area allow for different uses throughout the year.
